I just go up to the first hot chic that I find appealing (Starbucks, Walgreens....no matter) and I sidle up next to her and say "hey...you are smoking hot....you don't by any chance like to spank men on the first date do you"
It hasn't been terribly effective, but I've only spent 30 grand in legal bills this year. Last year it was 45 grand, so I'm making some headway I think.
