So basically you posted here without thinking about the issues at all? Sorry, but I'm calling bullshit.
This site is full of people looking to make an easy buck (18 year old findommes anyone?). You are definitely coming across as just one more person looking for the easy buck.
Question: Are you even involved in the lifestyle or did you watch a show or read a book and think this would be a great way to make money and get free labor? Because honestly, it doesn't even seem you know what a bed and breakfast is run like, since you say you understand the cooking, cleaning and bed making is your responsibility. Exactly what else do you think owners of a bed and breakfast must do (aside from attending to immediate issues)? B&Bs don't typically offer room service, and you certainly aren't responsible for entertaining the people.
When you add to that how your profile apparently mentioned that you had a good deal of plumbing work to be done...what do expect people to think? You are happy to cook and clean and make beds, but if someone wants to come and stay at this B&B you have in your imagination, they should pay you, and then be responsible for the repairs on the place as well?
Sorry, your issue is not simply due to "concerns you didn't think of." Your issue is you thought this would be a way to have people pay you for the opportunity to fix your rotten plumbing.
