ORIGINAL: Yachtie The time has come to show the United States Department of Justice and its affiliates the true meaning of infiltration. The time has come to give this system a taste of its own medicine. The time has come for them to feel the helplessness and fear that comes with being forced into a game where the odds are stacked against them. This website was chosen due to the symbolic nature of its purpose — the federal sentencing guidelines which enable prosecutors to cheat citizens of their constitutionally-guaranteed right to a fair trial, by a jury of their peers — the federal sentencing guidelines which are in clear violation of the 8th amendment protection against cruel and unusual punishments. This website was also chosen due to the nature of its visitors. It is far from the only government asset we control, and we have exercised such control for quite some time… Can't really say I disapprove. Matter of fact, I don't. [:D] I can say I disapprove. Regardless of whether or not their claims are valid, this is a type of terrorism. There are proper channels, and this is not one of them. So it's OK to resist the government with guns, but not with hacking? Big difference. We have the right to petition our Government for redress of grievances. That right, however, is to peaceably assemble to that end. We have options that do not include illegal activities, too. It would take quite a situation for it to be right to resist Government with firearms, and that would entail more of a defensive stand. Now, if you could show that the illegal hacking activity is taking a defensive stand and isn't on the offensive, it might be a better analogy.
