Since I’m starting to post, figured I might as well introduce myself here.

I have been in “the lifestyle” (real touch, offline, or whatever you want to call it) long enough to know perfectly well that I don’t know everything. Not even close, and what fun would life be if I did anyway, with nothing left to learn? I know that there are some things I like, some things I don’t, and a whole lot out there still to be explored. I have a personal philosophy somewhat in line with the Robert Low quote “Keep an open mind --- but not so open your brain falls out.”

Oh, and the use of quotes above in regard to “the lifestyle” is simply my way of recognizing that there really isn’t any such thing as “the lifestyle”, there are a lot of personal choices that fall under a very broad “alternative” blanket. Call it D/s, M/s, S/M, BDSM, Kink, Fetish, or whatever makes you happy, just don’t try to define what it “should be” for me and I promise I won’t for you either.

Anyway… I’m 26 and have been active in D/s since I stopped being jail bait and in BDSM a few years longer. (Isn’t life grand when you stumble across a masochist in your teen years, but I digress.) I didn’t magically turn 18 and declare myself a Domme, but instead was mentored, originally as a submissive, which was an interesting experience, though I am happy to have found the right place for myself, and I don’t switch. (Nothing against switching, just it does nothing for me personally from a mental and emotional standpoint, and some assume I do or will because of my earlier mentoring.)

I have an office job involving research, which exercises my mind but not my imagination. I have one child who never fails to exercise my imagination and my legs keeping up with her. I am not married and currently not in a long term relationship.

And lest I be accused of leaving something important off, and in keeping with several of the threads I have read so far, I was told yesterday that I am “A Bitch, but one of the nicer Bitches I’ve met recently.” (Which I admit made me laugh.)
