There are a lot of sub males out there looking for this and not that many dominant females, so your competition is stiff. Assuming you're not just looking for pay-and-play I suggest you really spend some time making your profile really strong and working on your opening message. You will improve your odds by showing what kind of person you are and what you have to offer. It will also help if you really read female profiles and select someone with similar interests, then send a thoughtful message that shows you see them as a person and are not just looking to get off.
A bad strategy would be to send a one-line message asking any woman who views your profile to be your Mistress, even if she is submissive, married and on another continent.
