I've never used panties to jack someone off, however; a guy in the UK who buys my panties on a normal basis wears them an jacks off wearing them. He likes how the silk feels on his skin.

As far as lotion to jack off someone.
Eh... I personally am a fan of natural lubrication (spit).
I personally don't like the taste of the flavored lotions I have come across.

Also although regular lotion is great for straight jack off, if you plan on going on down on him.
Lotion tastes nasty.

Well satellite radio does, and he used to have porn on his kindle and his ipod, but when I had an issue with it he took the programs off.

Lol In MD and PA too.

I know of a of satellite porn radio station that goes across a handful of states.
I personally find them more of a "talk" radio than anything else although they do talk about adult topics and this one in particular talks about BDSM and fetish related things.
