I wasn't sure where to post this, but this seemed good enough. I deleted an old account several months ago, but recently, I accidentally logged in on my phone after having not used said old account for several months. Apparently, when I tried deleting it, it never worked.

Is there some way to make sure it's gone for good? I don't want anything to do with the username of the old account. Thanks.

Delete it again and don't log into it.
There is time frame that if you log into it before that time it reactivates the account.

If it doesn't work contact customer support on the other side.

Do you have any idea what the time frame is? I hadn't touched the account in almost year. :p

Not wanting anything to do with the account, I am assuming you don't want people to be able to view it. Put that profile on hide. Change the password to something you would never be able to remember, and then delete again. No idea if this would help, but thought I would toss it out there. The password thing avoids mistakenly opening it.

This is a good idea.
Plus contact Support on the other side and tell them you are having trouble deleting the profile.

It should have deleted after about a week. If it didn't, contact support on the other side.

Make sure to write to Support from the account you want deleted.

I remember trying to delete my previous usernamed account in November 2011 and I'd mentioned that on some thread a few weeks ago that it was still there, much to my dismay. Then VAA deleted it.
