Since my husband changed his work schedule, many of my workouts consist of walking the dogs. Which doesn't amount to much. It's a whole lot of cardio, but no weight routines. I just found an 8 minute TRX circuit so I'm hoping to be able to pull that off after or before walking the dogs. I skipped my workout tonight, but still ate light. I feel slightly guilty, but at least proud of how I ate.
