Keep in mind- that many of these towns are provincial. Anyone who doesnt walk the line, can be, in for trouble.

Also- alot have problems have flowed in from NYC-Philly and NJ.

A little town like Hazelton does this. It always snows there- and the town is known for nothing.

I see the matter as , we dont have a choice. We have to... if it takes town by town, then I guess thats how it will be.

Some bizzare things go on in NE PA. There was a scam going on, where someone would rent an apartment. Then after nonpayment of rent to landlord would finally get in. Only to find tires stacked wall to wall- floor to cieling, in every room. LOL.

One town has started doing background checks on a new home owner- particulalry if they come in from NYC. A bunch of places were used as drug labs...etc.

Too many came in from NJ in another town... complained about assessment rates. So locals -a few had to sell- as they couldnt afford the new asseemnts. Of course they come to escape high crime and high cost. Then once here- want the same infastructure- imposing that demand on locals.

So- one point for Mayberry here. The sidewalks roll up at 6pm..people can hold a grugde for life. But no modern person would actually want to come here.

How about this:

Any person within _______________ City limits not having citizenship or other legal status in this country shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine not less than $500 nor imprisoned for less than 90 days. Subsequent violations will result in the maximum penalties for a first degree misdemeanor being imposed.

Offenders will be placed in the custody of the INS after their release. Note that it is illegal for illegal aliens to work here, so the fine cannot be worked off. One half of the normal workoff rate for fines will be credited to the prisoner's account after the mandatory incarceration. Violators of this section will be required to work in the institution like any other prisoner, but cannot participate in any outside work other prisoners can. This applies to both charitable as well as for profit ventures conducted by the incarcerating institution.
