Actually...on certain browsers it seems fine. I'm using IE now and it's fine. But I don't normally. Normally I use Chrome, and Chrome is where it seems to still be off for me.

That's weird. I usually use IE and haven't been able to get on. I tried clearing cookies and it let me on once but when I left and came back it wouldn't work again. I switched to firefox and it works.

I have been having trouble for the past few days.
I use Chrome, i'm not sure if that is part of the issue but I am not having he issue with other sites. Just this side of CollarMe.

jlf1961 -> RE: forum access a bit off? (2/4/2013 11:27:00 AM)

I have used chrome, firefox, IE and still get time outs more frequently than not.

lmpishlilhellcat -> RE: forum access a bit off? (2/4/2013 1:59:17 PM)

It's hit or miss for me on my computer. I can get on, on my kindle and phone though.

MistressSara7 -> RE: forum access a bit off? (2/4/2013 2:00:47 PM)

I can't log in to the main site home page for 2 days, and just a few hours ago can (now) access the message boards.. Weird. What's going go here? If the problem is a server issue or even database issue, it should not take this long to fix or restore.

EsotericLady -> RE: forum access a bit off? (2/4/2013 2:56:12 PM)

Well... LMAO I don't think it has anything to do with agreeing with your mom! (too funny!)

But the same thing has been happening to me too. I think it's just the site.

I've been getting a lot more timeouts and such lately trying to get to the fora here. Once I'm in, it's good, but getting in can be a pain the last few days.

Anyone else seeing this, or is this yet another way in which my mom was right, and I'm special ?

I didn't have any issue logging into the CollarMe profile side only the forums.
When I finally got in earlier, I posted 1 thing then it timed me out when I went to post again.

You could always ask for a refund.
If you are so impatient with them fixing their servers.

Your Mom was right (as are all Mom's).

poise -> RE: forum access a bit off? (2/4/2013 6:59:29 PM)

This may be sheer coincidence, and may also taint my good current good standing in offering computer advice,
but this afternoon, I downloaded to the even newer Java (version 7.13) and have had no issues with the site since.

Sure, I feel a little foolish thinking the site needs java support, but if it magically allows other users on, I don't mind being foolish. [8D]

littleone14 -> RE: forum access a bit off? (2/4/2013 8:58:43 PM)

Glad to know it wasn't just me. I couldn't get into the message forum most of the weekend......

VideoAdminAlpha -> RE: forum access a bit off? (2/4/2013 9:14:58 PM)

If anyone has any problems like this in the future, please write Support so we are aware of it when it starts. It was not something wrong with the site, and we were not aware it was happening until one of the staff experienced the problem.

I solved the problem.

I went in on the back end, rerouted a few things.

Everyone please relax.
