Like the others I also have to wonder whether it is wise to be in a such a rush - seems like a good way to land yourself with a weirdo/unhinged person living in your house. I'm sure you have your reasons though.

Although I preferred to make no comments to the OP when I first read this thread, I was surprised (when I came back) to find how many posts had been deleted by the moderator... especially when all the posts echoed the same things!

I am curious to how YOU define a TPE relationship.
To me it is not something that occur between strangers.

Also... the ASAP could raise red flags for MANY.
It makes you sound desperate and desperation is never a good look.
