If they are instructing their sub how to tie them up and torture them. Aren't they still in control?
I think so.
So perhaps they are bottoming in a sessions but does that automatically make someone submissive??

To ME dominance and submissive personalities are just that personality traits while topping and bottoming is role you take on during play or a session. One does not dictate the other to ME.

Because of things like consent and safe words, everyone to a certain extent is still in control. However, being restrained is physically, inherently a reduction of ones control.

I think we may be running into an issue with different labeling schemes here. The OP seems very clearly to be complaining about people not actually fitting their stated roles. As such I'm talking about the roles dom and switch, not personality traits.

I personally think that the OP has entirely too much free fucking time on their hands and enjoys trying to be a shit stirrer. There are better and more effective ways to get attention, but I guess negative attention is better than no attention for some. I dont get it, but then again...maybe Im not supposed to.

Thats an act. The dominance comes from the mind. If he (and I use he here, it could be a she) wants the act, demands the act, as a slave, its my job to give that act. He would be able to at any moment cease the act. Regardless of who is being done what too, him retaining control over the whole situation leaves him firmly in control.
