According to some, the Earth is being visited by Extraterrestrials that have the capability of interstellar flight, maybe even the capability of warping space time to actually go faster than the speed of light.

So, they travel thousands of light years to abduct some individual with a history of mental instability, drinking or joe redneck but not some scientist, or they steal a cow and butcher it.

Now, does that make sense?

Awesome advanced technology and they abduct idiots or butcher livestock.

Dude, be careful. If they find out you're on to 'em, you're screwed. (Not in the fun way.) Why do you suppose they only abduct completely incredible subjects? *They wanna fly under the radar...*

Something I've always wondered as well.
Supposedly aliens have visited us. Where do they land? Washington? Bejing? the Vatican? Moscow?

omg I had to laugh! years ago when my father was working as a patrol officer in Cleveland he had the unpleasant duty of responding frequently to some lady's house. she was "crazier than a shithouse rat" and did the whole nine, aluminum foil on the windows and so on. dad finally got tired of going to her house to calm her down when she said the aliens had been at her door that he went to the local grocery store and bought her a can of Lysol spray. he told her it was alien repellant, that the government didn't tell everyone that secret, but those people who used it didn't have an alien problem anymore. she never called for help again, just kept buying that Lysol!
