Careful, you may be joking, but each and every person who asks for money in exchange for anything, that is not giving mr. taxman his cut, is technically guilty of solicitation. Now the possibility of EVERYONE who commits it getting hauled into court is low, but knowing our current criminal justice system, I wouldn't even play around with it...
