Since you bring up history, and are not speaking of just BDSM, then,you are talking about Queens as in actual female people who are involved in the operation of government. If you've gotten that far in your thinking, then, get a little further. It's tax time in America, is it not? And, them without even a real Queen to support. All governments require money from their citizens. Slaves are a means of making money for the person who owns them, through their labor for that person or by their being rented out to perform labor for others and their owner, in either case, reaping the benefit that stems from their labor. Only the extremely rich, who have already exploited slaves and/or other persons, have the "need" for slaves who are more for pleasure and who have their actual needs paid for by their owners without expectation of repayment through garnering income for the house. Most of us are not extremely rich, and dominants are not prone to wishing to be used by silly little boys and girls who think they can have their cake and eat it to, and yet still consider themselves slaves. I don't require that a slave give me money. I require that a slave at the very least costs me nothing and saves me money through their labors. If they can do that, without spending money, I find them useful to that extent. Though, i do have a sincere problem with slaves who think that they can be owned by me and live in a nicer house, with better food, better clothes, never humbling themselves and always putting their needs and desires above my own. In that sense, as a "real Queen", in the BDSM world, I do require money. The money, though, is a tool that promotes humility in the slave and is a way of showing that they have me in their thoughts. A slave should want his or her owner to be comfortable, healthy, and to feel adored. If that slave is a miserly git who only views their owner as a source of entertainment, then, they are not a slave, but a player, and players should pay for their pleasure; whereas, slaves, they should willingly give, within reason.

Cut them some slack. Between this and dragging up threads today that are over 9 years old, its not been a very good morning, has it? For you, OP...you have to keep in mind that this is a site that will attract all types. There are some I would consider quality financial dominants on here...and of course you will get the "fuck you, pay me" princesses who think that because they say they are dominant...the Pavlovian response by subs and slaves should be to instantly reach for their wallets. You will see all types here and its always best just to live and let live.

They are not real queens. Not all real queens are rich. You're not trying to serve a "real" queen are you? If you are a slave, you serve at her pleasure, not yours She sets the rules/parameters, and you follow.
