This is not intended to be an ad....forgive me....learned sumpin today...
www.loseit.com (there's another one...some other www that I can't remember....has these things for your phones....don't have one of them thingies...I have a phone that makes phone calls...doing it on my desktop)....these two www's work together...talk to each other....but....for free...this thing spells out what a damn burger/sandwich/drink costs you.
I'm in.
And then, if you deem it appropriate...you can exercise your way to a few more thingies.
Anyway...great thing....tells you what shit "costs" as to calories.
Never knew....never could figure it out...gives you a timeline.
I'll be thin, according to this gig by early 2014...(several of you will want me....I've done the math). Seems like a long time but....I plan on living forever.
I think you should all line up.
