Welcome to the forums.

If you're doing what I think you're doing in your avatar, you might want to change that. It may violate TOS, but more importantly, it's just a bad idea to post those kind of pictures anywhere on the internet.

I don't think smoking a tobacco in a hookah is against the TOS.
But.... if it is I am sure the Mods will let you know.

I think you should be ok. But for what it's worth I think the picture of you in a suit and tie is much sexier. The shadows in your hookah picture are distracting. Cute, well turned out guy in a suit = hot.

If it's a hookah, I'm sure you're fine. The criminal defense attorney in me instantly saw smoke and a pipe and said, "Yeah, that's trouble." In that case, carry on. Although you might want to listen to AS.
