I dont usually have a problem with this area, but my new boyfriend is extremely sensitive to pain and doesnt like it one bit, and i just cant get him to cum. If i try one more time and not succeed i am going to get pretty upset, and i got upset the other two times and it upset him! So that completely backfired!
So my question is, can anyone give me any good tips to give blowjobs with as minimal teeth as possible?

Frankly, due to jaw problems and small mouth, I use my mouth only 30% of the time doing oral sex.

My generic method is to start with my hands- massage the cock, scratch the balls a bit, get the blood flowing so you can start to sense when it's getting hard.

Then I use my mouth to lick it gently, get it more sensitized and a bit wet.  This is about the only time I put my mouth into the cock- when it's still only half hard and can fit easily, and I can roll my tongue around it inside.

After that, I keep my mouth almost completely on the head, which is the most sensitive, just licking and keeping saliva flowing so that my hands, which are doing all of the shaft work by stroking regularly. The fingers cover more area and are more manipulative than the tongue and you can keep the pace going much better than with your mouth alone.

So, teeth aren't a problem at all.

like LA said-- the most part of it is licking, kissing, etc.

when you take all of him in your mouth try keeping your tongue against or over your bottom teeth--during the motion, and just tilt your head slightly to avoid the top ones.  this also helps keep your tongue against the more sensitive areas during the process as well.

also a lot of men don't enjoy actual sucking (the some probably do, i can only go on my experience)  a lot of people have a misconception that this is what it is all about, its not.

its pretty easy to avoid your teeth when you are focusing on using what works best (in my opinion i dont have a penis.. lol) your tongue.

Dear SeveredNeuron, Ladies and Gentlemen;
 
Some dentists will fit people with gel like retainers and or plastic retainers that cover the entire row of teeth.  Similar to dentures/false
teeth.  This is usually under invisible braces or something smilar.
 
That said, I doubt if you would have problem asking for something that prevents tooth grinding damage. 
 
If you really have a good communication/relationship with your dentist, you might tell them why.  Might be they will mold a special dental guard just for you for upper and lower teeth.

You can try sucking your lips in a bit so that they cover your teeth. If you are not sure how to do this try pressing your lips together as you would after applying lipstick and then holding them in that position while you open your mouth. It may feel odd at first but it's worth it (careful how much force you use when doing this, teeth can cut you too). Also listen to the people above me. Use your hand(s) and tongue more then anything. I find many appreciate it if you start slow with a few long licks and some stroking. After you feel confident with the basics experiment with different tongue movements (my b/f particularly likes when I move my tongue around him in a circular motion) and try using different pressures and speeds (this will also help with fatigue generated by staying too long in one position). I agree.  While there's definitely something to be said for being used as a passive oral fuck hole and just ramming your head onto his crotch- in general it's a much better blow job when the receiver is the passive one. 

And if you decide to get all aggressive- you have to allow for the other person to not be able to prepare their mouth or position for the maximum pleasure.

Also while your doing the blow job if you stimulate the peranium it will make him cum sooner.
