You probably know then that voided urine is sterile but that human feces is 50% bacteria by dry weight.
Both will be greater if you let the bacteria grow in a warm environment outside the body (they double every 20 minutes).
Of course, most of those are gram negative enterobacteria (e.g., E. coli), so, they're harmless from the standpoint of overt disease.

Not just a recently used butt. As I understand it from those I know who are into it, it entails actually consuming the waste. FULL toilet slavery includes poop as well as pee.
