Hello
Im process of setting up remote services, like cloud, which you can use in an internet browser, like yahoo messenger, internet explorer, virtual desktops, computers and more.

For example, you could have your own computer accessible through any internet browser, with all applications
you need installed, and connected with a very highspeed internet connection, 100MBit.

Is this something that sounds interesting? I would ofcourse offer these services completely free to all you mistresses and Princesses that are out there. :)

I would be grateful for more idead, and if there actually is someone would be interested in using something like this.

Trouble is, there are quite a few already out there and some are even offering free or very cheap hosting.

And offering 'free' services to a limited group of people would descriminating against others and I'm sure there would be some nutter out there willing to drag you through the courts over it.


Nice idea.... too many holes in the plan [:D]

Sadly I dont have much of a clue what you are talking about. I know nothing about clouds outside of the ones in the sky. So I cant say one way or the other whether your idea is a good one or not.

Grins, buy a server, link a domain, set up set space ID specific FTP access, set permissions to 777 on folders and poof you done it and it can all be set up in less that 2 hours but your never gonna make cashe from it as to many give it away for free

I tend to stay away from such offers that are made on a kink site. Call Me weird, but I feel the same about this as the guys who come around and want to do free website design.

I might be passing up on some great thing that isn't already available. If so, I think I'll be able to deal with it.

I've looked at clouds from both sides now
From up and down, and still somehow
It's cloud illusions I recall
I really don't know clouds at all

In any case, no, I wouldn't be interested... not because I don't have need of cloud storage (I use 4 different ones right now, 2 of which I pay for extra space on). Rather, because if someone is setting it up and leading with the idea of letting the kind of females he finds in his personal interests (same as if it was only for fat chicks or skinny chicks or tattooed chicks or whatever your preferred kind of females could be) store their files there for free while charging others.

Well, I'd wonder just what he was intending or later might be doing with any of my files.

With a major company like Google I can feel pretty decent about them not giving a damn about me and what I put on their cloud as long as I make them money with clicking ads, using their other services, and/or paying them extra each month and my files never cause the cops to show up at their doors. The likelyhood of them rifling through my files with a *personal* interest in me or wanking over pictures or trying to stalk me or sell them or whatever is almost nil... whereas random sub guy offering free services to dom females raises those odds greatly, IMO and IME with other things.

But yeah, back to the first part:

You didn't actually *mean* 100Mbit, right?

Amazon uses a cloud for their kindle fires. I can keep my games, apps, and even photos on there and they don't take up space on my device but I can still access them when I want.  From everything I have seen it is basically a storage device. Now the OP might be talking about something totally different, but if he isn't I can't see letting some stranger from a kink site have access to all my files I want to store.
