Hello everyone! I have been on the site for a little while now. Have met (online that is) a few people, had mostly good experiences here. I am looking to make new friends and possibly more. Id like to be more involved with the site though. So if anyone would like good conversation feel free to leave me a message. BTW I also run a bdsm tumblr page. Check it out if you ever get bored.

Welcome to the forums.  What is a BDSM "tumblr" page?  I have never heard of any such thing before.

Thank you peppermint, :) . Tumblr as you may know is a blog site, the blog I am working on is mainly pictures, vids, and sites I find interesting. Check it out though if your curious.

Thank you for the answer.  No, I had no idea that tumblr and blog site were the same.  But then I know as much about blogs as I do these tumblr things, in other words, zero.

Well tumblr is a pretty cool site, Id suggest checking it out in your free time. Anyways I know this is a little off topic and may not be in the right thread but I am curious,,what is gorean lifestyle? Ive checked the fourms on it and someone asked that question but no one has really given an answer to it. Anyone here know?

In a nutshell (I'm sure those into it would have much more to say) it's a lifestyle based on a series of fantasy books by John Norman which are set on another planet called Gor. The fictional world has social rules about the status of women vs men and slaves of different types and rankings who are expected to behave in certain ways towards 'free' people. So some people have identified with some of those ideas and taken some of the philosophies and protocols into their relationships. It was very much an internet role play subculture to begin with. but some people are doing it in 'real life' too.
