I could be wrong, but I would think that most professional piercers would not want to make their sexual preferences known in this way. I'd find it very uncomfortable if I was carrying out a procedure on a person's genitals knowing that they had chosen me because I was female and a certain sexual orientation.
Unless you can find someone as a play partner who also happens to be a qualified and experienced piercer, I'd just go with whoever has the best references.
And a lot of guys have it done, so it will probably be alright. I'm not against piercings and have had a fair few of my own in the past, but there are always risks involved, even with a reputable professional. Make sure you have thoroughly researched the risks and decided that they are acceptable to you before you proceed. The penis is after all a functional body part (unlike the ear lobe or male nipple) and if you are unlucky then it can cause you problems. You will also need to be meticulous about aftercare.
I am sure you knew that already, just covering the bases.
