This is all over the news here, but I don't know if it has hit outside of SoCal. http://fox5sandiego.com/2013/03/06/judge-sets-bail-for-alleged-christian-mingle-rapists-at-1-million-dollars/#axzz2MsHor3jh Considering that Christian Mingles' tagline is "Find God's match for you", it makes you shudder. I'm sure Christian Mingle is flinching every time the "Christian Mingle Rapist" is mentioned.

As disappointed as I am to say it, I don't think it's surprising. In fact, it's probably a better plan than the dude who used Alt to pull it off. By the nature of the site, these women thought they were dealing with a good guy who was following Christian values because of the site he was using. That could be enough to create a little false sense of security and the women feeling safe inviting the person to their homes. Might even have an edge for hopes that the women would be less likely to report the assaults. They wouldn't be near as likely to be setting up safe calls. I don't blame Christian Mingle for this any more than I blamed Alt or Craigslist. That goes solely toward the criminal, and if guilty, that's exactly what this guy is.
