I do not have a cell phone.

I want a digital timer I could program with different times to go off, like say 2 hours after eating, and that i can also set for every day same time a day, and maybe have different tones for each alarm, or maybe if it could speak that would be great. I am trying to start remembering things that i would other wise never remember, like testing bs 2 hours after eating, and watering the plants, and taking pills and so on and so forth.

You could maybe try horticultural outlets, I know some timers are used to set feeding and watering schedules for grow rooms or green houses. Worth a look maybe.

When I get vegetable planting boxes I am going to get a timer thingie that will water them. I had some beautiful plants an i always forgot to water them, or I did for a long time then just stopped remembering an the poor things died. I won't wanna make that same habit with the veges.

I use Outlook Tasks and Calendar for these sorts of things. My Timex watch has three timers. Additionally, I use the timers on the stove or microwave quite a bit for cooking. The one on the stove won't shut off until I shut it off, which I find useful.

For pills, when I am making my tea in the AM, I get out my pills that I take on an empty stomach and take them then. Pills to be taken with food were harder for me to remember until I got one of the SMTWTFS organizers. I leave them where I can see them until I've taken them.

Yes. My metformin is much harder to take than take on empty stomach because I have to eat with it, and once I get up I am usually not hungry for,the better part of the day. I drink a boost glucose shake.

Save your money.
Be creative: Go through the house and find the timers you already have: stove, microwave, alarm clock, ipod, your computer (download a free timer - google for it).

Also, there's no point using a timer if you can't remember what it's for. Leave Post Its with what you want to accomplish stuck in the places where you need to complete work. Try not to get distracted and move from item to item. Stick with a task, focus on its completion before you move on to 10 other things.

Don't let a huge list of tasks undermine getting just one or two things COMPLETED.

Don't underestimate the power of completing a task.

TFB-Get a notebook and write all of it down. Then look at the clock. Seriously, what else do you have to do?

Use your computer. Just leave your computer on, set the alarms, and there ya go.
Here's one software available:

http://download.cnet.com/Free-Alarm-Clock/3000-2350_4-75328290.html?tag=mncol;6

If you don't like that one, just go to download.com, search for alarm and pick one.

I have not seen an alarm clock with more than Two alarms, although it would be fairly easy to do - this includes PDA's, which have been presumably replaced with smart phones.

i.e., you would have to reprogram the alarm each time, which is a PITA, and I don't know if even smart phones will do this.

I would think that you should look into other methods.

Stuff you do every day? Write a list and put it in a place that you are prone to look. Consider a spot like above your computer since you seem to be on yours frequently. For daily stuff, you don't need anything more than an egg timer. Let's say it goes like this:

8:00 AM - Breakfast and meds. Set the timer for the next task.

9:00 AM - Start of the business day. Call case workers and such. Set timer.

10:00 AM - Test blood sugar. Set timer for the next task.

11:00 AM - Exorcize, shower, and personal hygiene. Set timer for next task.

12:00 - Lunch. After lunch comes household chores. If a living area such as a bathroom needs cleaned, this is the time for it.

1:00 PM - Personal time. Follow up on ticket to work program and other necessary calls/appointments. Set timer.

2:00 PM - Off phone/computer. Water plants. Followed immediately by blood sugar check. Set timer.

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Set these blocks, when possible for further education. When necessary, set appointments (docs, SSI, etc.) during this time. If nothing else is in this time period, accomplish tasks like laundry, vacuum, etc.

5:00 PM - Dinner/Family time

6:00 PM - Clean up. Assist with dishes as necessary. Pick one thing/area to straighten up to make the house more pleasant.

7:00 PM and beyond - Free time until bed.

Schedule adjusts for weekends and holidays. You don't need to try calling case workers on weekends.

Other than that, you don't really have a ton of responsibilities. Watering your own plants shouldn't be that much of a difficulty.
