Abu Ghaith's extradition to the United States is imminent, and he is expected to be prosecuted in federal court in New York, according to a law enforcement official who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to release the information. Rep. Peter King, the former chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, credited the CIA and FBI with catching al-Qaida propagandist Sulaiman Abu Ghaith in Jordan within the last week. Is that typical for his type of crimes? Or, is it typical for these things to be taken care of by a military tribunal? Where are they going to find a "jury of [his] peers?"

I expect he is to be charged with conspiracy, which is not recognized in the other parts of the world as would be the sort of internationality we need in military tribunals to legitimatize them.

Well,....we don`t do bush anymore so instead of Cuba,he come`s here. We would have been just as happy to dispatch him via drone but he was lucky and was captutred by hand. We`ll see what kind of justice is meted out. I`m happy he`l never breath free air again....
