Not to mention this wasnt the lone act of one man, this was the actions of a few agencies, all who knew this man was there, many who had sworn to uphold the laws, many who ignored this man's rights. Your friendly neighborhood nut case in your example made no such promises. I know, I know.... its basic logic. I will pass on the biting.
