Oh FFS sake. Some people are such utter pussies. Gee. You have to go in to work an hour early. It's far easier to shake off than jet lag.

My only gripe is that they should do it in the wee hours of Saturday, instead of Sunday.

Do they ever do stories on increased productivity, or a spike in morning sex, when we put that hour back?
