I am serious, there must be something very wrong with my mental make up.

I have always admired the female form, in all of its healthy shapes and curves. By healthy, I do not mean undernourished skin and bones, or the "perfect" female body. I have seen beautiful women that were heavier than the Medical people would think is healthy.

Of course there is a point where anyone's weight becomes unhealthy, as with me, (which I am currently working on) and at that point the human body loses its appeal.

Anyway, I have a tumbler account and follow the suicide girls, and a few other blogs that have women pictured nude. However, I have noticed that a lot of blogs that feature women seem to deal with cocks entering mouths, assholes, pussies, to the point of having tight shots on whatever hole is being entered.

Or just pictures of women having sex.

Now as to the reason that I feel that there is something wrong with the way my mind works. You see, I lost interest in porn when it became one sex scene after another with no story, plot and in most cases, dialog. I mean I have some porn from the 80's and early 90's that had a plot, people talking, and even a logical story line. Those I found stimulating, and entertaining.

When it comes to nudes though, I am wanting to see tasteful photos of the nude female form. Not quite art, but pictures of women that are proud of their bodies, even if it is not what society considers perfect.

See what I mean, I am mentally unbalanced.

most men, at least any man I know, likes the curves and flatness of the abs. It's what is attractive to those men. That's why the photos of women with the heads and legs cut off are popular. It's aesthetically pleasing.

I would say it's just not what you are attracted to. There are some men out there like you.

I've never been a huge consumer of porn but over the years I have noticed 2 trends that made me even less interested in "mainstream" porn. The complete lack of a plot and the fact that the sex scenes had the same footage spliced in several times.

Why should I, or anyone, want to watch a couple, or more, people have badly staged sex where even the moaning and groaning was clearly added in afterwards?

The dismembered torso pics are weird to me, too, until I view them not as a human form, but as a curvy object. I think that's the point. Human figure as art without identity. Though, of course, we recognize it as female, I think that since the female form has been objectified so thoroughly throughout history, for many people, there is no "that's a decapitated human" disconnect. They just see the form and an appealing shape and that's it.

Now, for some, that objectification does become a fetish - partialism is a fetish involving fixation on a specific body part, so for someone like that, the rest of the body isn't necessary. =p

And for others, I think the issue with images like that does come from in inability to separate identity from form. They see a shape - a human torso - and they see it AS A HUMAN TORSO, not a curvy shape.

The Ancient Greeks loved sculpting nude torsos, male and female.
So, it's not a new thing. And advertising has always focused in on
various body parts depending on what they're selling. I've done a
bit of sculpting and I've done torsos, heads, hands, feet sometimes
it's interesting to focus on a part instead of a whole.

I don't really care about plots in porn. Most professional porn
is excruciating for me to watch. The women for the most part
all look alike, bleached blonde, spray on tan, fake tits and I can't
stand all that shrieking and moaning. I prefer amateur porn where
they just do it and keep the noise level down. I also prefer watching
people who seem to actually be into each other.

I like some of the soft porn from the seventies like the Emmanuelle
films. Sylvia Kristol (who died not long ago) wasn't a bad actress.

On a side note, I'm reminded of a good story.   A married couple who I was friends with rented a movie which (as usual) had the obligatory girl on girl scene which the wife tolerated.   Next scene was a guy on guy which caused the husband to stop the movie and yank it out of the player saying how disgusting it was.    hmmmmmmm

The sound is one of my biggest turn-offs in porn. In probably 90% I have seen the noises have been so silly, or so obviously dubbed, it just puts me off.

I can't say I've ever seen any that I would consider had worthwhile dialogue either. It's usually something like this:

Exactly. Scientific studies have shown blood is a psycho-sexual stimulant. Probably something to do with the whole danger-is-a-turn-on/preservation-of-the-genes-through-reproduction thing. A LOT of people have amputee fetishes, just makes it the more fun if it's freshly done. Plus it's common knowledge that one of the objectives of slasher films is to take violence to that place where it becomes pseudo-pornographic to even the vanilla.
