It came up in another thread. I did not write this, but I have read it. Here goes.

I call fair use, it seems to be no longer available.

pahunk started it. He said something about science being polluted by politics.

Read it, figure it out, know any diabetics ?

We are here because I didn't want to hijack the thread. He brought up the corruption of supposedly scientific data by those with political agendas. I elaborated, giving a paralell example in the medical industry. Actually a few others as well.

He had a totally different subject going, so I brought the medical issues here. Welcome.

I have more on this subject and I will be back.

Are you saying this information about chromium is somehow politically slanted? I am not sure what your getting at.

A cuple decades ago Omni magazine had a run of articles on vitamins/minerals. Their effects and actual recommended doses on average. I spent some time tracking down a multi vitamin that closely matched what they eventually thought a good mix and dose.

Been taking them for a long time. Feel pretty good for almost 50 and smoking drinking and etc....In spite of also having crohns colitis and a close call with cancer early on in life. ( still have crohns ).

Maybe it's the vitamins. Maybe just keeping relaxed about life.

If I die tomorrow.....it's been an interesting life.
