I don't get why they just don't go see a pro who will likely be cheaper and more likely to fulfill their wants, or am I just being a bit simple in thinking that?

If I read right, what you folks are saying is there is this one guy with a computer who is somehow able to spam folks repeatedly.

Thus, altering the general impression....
