As a relatively new dom, i have about 6 months of experience, with two diff subs. I have found a sub i really see a long future with, for a 24/7 tpe exchange, can you all recommend literature for me to read prior to us making this 24/7, i want to absorb as much additional knowledge as i can. Best DCCC

Why do you need pdf's? Please don't tell Me that you're not invested enough in your education that $15.00 (US) is too much of a burden for you. The folks who wrote these books spent months, sometimes years, into compiling a lot of information for you from their vast realm of experience. Don't you think they should receive the benefits of royalties?

No. Based upon your post and profile I'd say literature is not going to be helpful to you. You need an actual mentor. You need someone who has actually built a relationship which is like the one you desire for yourself and has gone the distance (whatever distance you desire for yourself). In other words, I think you're too far out to sea for a book to help anything. You're not going to be able to cram for this exam. It's going to take time. Thanks Oside, does anyone have the PDF's? (I always love the folks who post a first thread and have suddenly 'found' what they are looking for.) If anything, since this person is not interested in public exposure, I'd happen to think some book regarding education would be greatly beneficial. If nothing else, things like terminology would be a great asset. This guy wants a punishment dynamic. If nothing else, he should get some idea of how to properly run one.

He's in LA, so there's a ton of lectures and demos he could attend. But, I notice he's doing the "under consideration" thing with a submissive. Blech.

Yes, he's in LA, but he's very specific about not wanting to do the public thing. Darn shame. I know folks that would kill to have the learning opportunities and public availability that the city offers.
