Minimalist.
In the sense of, if you don't already know, this will mean nothing to you. If you don't already got it, you won't get it. There is no message. Nothing being conveyed. No 'there' there.
In fact, it seems to me, the only thing in the entire series that could be mistaken for art, is the contempt for the hoi polloi.
If contempt is art. I know it's fun, but is it art?
It is not marketing. I doubt Kapil Bahgat did India any favors. His posters only reach those who don't need to be reached.
