I hope that you find what you are looking for, it might be a good idea to go to the 'Ask a Mistress' section and read the faq, and perhaps browse for some of the many threads on writing an appealing profile, since as the others have said, dommes are fairly scarce and in high demand.
You might also want to explain in your profile what you consider to be 'cruel'. Chopping off toes for minor offenses? Making you watch the Sound of Music every other day? Refusing to beat and fuck you until you finish all the yard work? Wouldn't want to attract the wrong type of cruel.
