By the way, that is the section that the Mods will move this post, so please don't create more work for them by starting another one.

It's ok for a person to send you an email. If you felt the content of that email was abusive, you have the right to report it.

What you don't have the right to do is to put that conversation up on the forums if you are going to identify the person by screen name. Drawing negative attention to another member on the forums is prohibited by the site.

Yes, that post will be either deleted or edited by the Mods. If it's the former, My post here attempting to explain this to you will be as well. I kind of prefer it when they edit, instead. When it comes to the blacklisting type stuff, I think that's a valuable piece of information.
