Try grazing your nipples very lightly (read gently) with a fine grade of sandpaper.  Not too much!
Then do not wear a T-Shirt...Just don your ironed shirt (any cotton blend) over your bare skin.  This will create a slight friction all day long, which is now enhanced by the light sanding to your nipples.

Yeah, wear clover clamps continuously for an hour or two.

No, don't!  Just kidding!  :-) 

I think that will make them more sensitive over time, but you shouldn't wear anything that severe for more than 15-20 minutes at a time.

Status: offline 		I am definately the odd man out here. Toiuchig my nipples is the fastest way to kill anyand all passion with me and evokes an agressive (usually self defense) responce. A girl is pre warned that they are a no go zone and is given one warning if she forgets. She forgets again she is out the door and placed on the persona non gratis list....My face is another no go zone too...... Touching both opens a can of worms in me which I usually have well locked down....

My sub, before he met me and was a sub,  was the same way, no touching the nipples or his ass. Come to find out they were his most sensitive zones and touching them made him feel very submissive. A feeling that made him a Master at the time, uncomfortable.
Now that he belongs to me, I touch and torture them all I want, much to his dark delight.

Hate to say it by my nipples are real sensitive and I can't stand to have anyone touching them...ouch...it flat hurts for some reason....??????

Status: offline 		The suggestions by Goddess DustyGold and mnottertail sound interesting. Never had anything like that done to me, just clamps and pinching, pulling, twisting, biting. Like Mike, mine have always been an erotic zone and i swear that over the years the NT has made them a little larger. The sensation from gentle stimulation is quite mild, but very pleasant.

Try using tweezer clamps for extended clamp wear. The ability to very finely tune the pressure allows for longer wear without danger of damage due to lack of blood flow. They're also easy to position at the proper place for clamping, the base of the nipple/aureole. my tweezer clamps can do double duty: if you take off the rubber tips, you find three tiny teeth at the end of each. THAT is nasty. But i do love my clovers!

As i am under consideration by Goddess DustyGold, i think i just got a preview of things i can expect.
