There are probably three threads that have been posted on in the last 24 hours that are really good examples of what I'm talking about.

Poster X makes dumb fuck move.

Poster X realizes it's a dumb fuck move and rather than *just* taking responsibility for such, spits out some crap about they are owed respect or some other flipping thing because 'we all have to stand together'.

No, we don't.

If you happen to be a twatwaffle who is kinky, the kinky part doesn't excuse you for being a twatwaffle and you're not gaining points with Me about how the vanillas are all out to get us and we have to accept your piss poor behavior just because you are kinky.

It's a bullshit argument that people want to use to absolve them of PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY.

LP, I know you're not bi...but I just have to say I think I just fell in love with you ;)

I do think most people here on Collarchat do mean well.Thats why I keep coming back on this site.I do get some good advice, even if I don't always agree with everybody. We can respect each other enough to "agree to disagree".I don't always agree with everybody in the "vanilla" community and the kink community is no different.

Sorry, but I just don't have that kind of lack of faith in your average, ordinary non kinky person.

I missed this thread, but I'd like to say: I've seen the greatest hostility, both online and real time, from kinky people against kinky people. Think, "M/s is abuse," and similar conversation topics. Vanillas tend to be much more likely to say, "If it makes you happy, then whatever floats your boat." It's (some) kinksters who require that behavior fall inside certain rules and boundaries in order for it to be "real" BDSM.

That's usually what vanilla people will say to me."If it makes you happy, then go for it".Alot of people really don't care, except the bible thumpers.Talk about witchhunts. But your "Average Joe" and "Average Jane" really doesn't care.

You're doing this all wrong Charles, just become a Christian, the first thing they do is cut your nuts off.

The upside is, if you're a minuteman, not a prob, who they gonna complain to?
