That is to say, we  know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown  unknowns, the one's we don't know we don't know.''

Saw this and had to post it. Just imagine what woulda happened if George Bush  tried to say something like this. HAR!

Is there something wrong with me because that actually made sense to me and I do think a lot of times we are fouled up by unknowing the unknowing. Although not in Iraq.

Arpig -> RE: ''Quote of the Day'' (6/22/2006 2:31:07 PM)

Made perfect sense to me to Lisa.

Fawne -> RE: ''Quote of the Day'' (6/22/2006 4:34:29 PM)

I like this one better, sorry for the hijack.

"I am fond of pigs. Dogs look up to us. Cats look down on us. Pigs treat us as equals."
Winston Churchill

Is it better in England?

SirKenin -> RE: ''Quote of the Day'' (6/22/2006 4:45:59 PM)

That quote made perfect sense to Me too.  I do not see where the problem lies.  It is what you do not know you do not know that will hurt you the most.

Few people in Canada realise how our Prime minister Chretien was spoofing that bit of BS, when he did his, proof is a proof is proof etc....line.

He was replying to a question of Canada joining in invading Iraq. What proof would he need to join in.
