Status: offline 		Some said that the church would likely file a lawsuit against Planting Peace, though it wasn't clear what the pretext would be.

But Planting Peace posted a message around 6:30 p.m. EST saying that the City of Topeka released a statement saying that the house had not violated any city ordinances.

"The Equality House is here to stay," it wrote.

I was curious if WBC would sue to try to get it closed.

Status: offline 		Uh, anyone know if the city zoning laws would allow a large gay bar near the WBC? I have a few LGBT friends that have more money than they can spend, they might want to put a gay bar nearby the size of a Wal Mart super center in the neighborhood.

Status: offline 		That is absolutely fantastic! According to the article, the group is in no violation of the law, so let WBC sue. They have no grounds and if the Equality House group is smart, they will counter sue for frivolous law suit, and get some financial award from WBC. How great would it be for those idiots to actually have to pay money to support the LGBT community?
