It seems the system "times out" - also having problems logging in on the other side, though not as much.

Does anyone else experience these lately?

Yes it is happening, I have it on good authority that the species Felis silvestris catus is behind the problems of site time outs. They are working on a project to enslave all mankind under the control of the supreme extraterrestrial on the planet, Barrack Obama.

Every time I close the forums I automatically get logged out even though I click the save box. Didn't used to do that, I was always logged in. And now yes, I also got timed out today as well.
*shrug* took me a bit to remember my log in stuff, but good thing I do cuz the "request info" emails don't work LOL

I don't have any problem logging in here. But the other side? Down more often than not.

I had problems getting on earlier this week from my laptop. I could still access this side from my phone, so I looked up that thread SPECIFICALLY to read your post. I followed your advice with checking if it was the site or me, and then cmailed support.

VAA did say that they WANT us to notify them when there is an issue.

What they really need is to put your post into the help FAQ on the other side, and keep the post (or the thread) somewhere where it won't get buried. It took a bit of searching for me to find it, and that's only 'cause I knew it exsisted. Admittedly, I suck at searching, especially on my phone.
