I've learned that sometimes it's best to not learn a person's secrets. There are some really fucked up people out there.

Depends, if you were thinking of dealing with that person on a personal level, even as just friends, then it's best to know they're fucked up so you can get the hell away from them. I don't really want people like that in my life so I'd like to know that about them.

I've learned I have a pretty good life and every time I come onto CM it just confirms that once again.

I have realized that I spoil my dog Princess in my efforts to get her to eat without someone sitting in the room with her.

In the last week, I have put cut up Vienna Sausages (smoked) in her food, made gravy and put on all the dogs food, two day old left overs primarily into her bowl but the other dogs get some, and finally I have three containers in the fridge, one for hamburger grease for dog food, bacon grease for dog food, and sausage grease for dog food.

Princess also likes broccoli, biscuits, apple chunks, and the occasional banana in her food.

I am no longer the boss in my house, a 75 pound female Timber wolf/Siberian husky is.

Where? Surely not in the states, I mean the Groundhog predicted an early spring...

Of course we had 80 degree days in January....

Right now in answering an email from someone I have corresponded with before....I learned what the word "bounder" means...he used it in his email and I had to look it up..I am sure I have learned some other things in the last few days but this was the last one I learned.

That's a great, old-fashioned British word, if I remember correctly. "Bounder" pretty much is self-explanatory. Love it.

That no matter how obvious it seems to me that a post I made was a joke, some people will take it completely seriously.

I'd never seen that thread before. Some actually took you seriously? I thought it was damned funny.

I learned that life really isn't fair, and it isn't as good as you think it is.
