I perved your profile. The odds of you ever finding what you're looking for are about 99.99999999 to .00000000001.
The simple fact of the matter is that most women aren't interested in webcam-only "domination." They want the real thing, the flesh-and-blood you. That eliminates many, many women, most of whom won't make it past the first line of your profile.
The next thing that jumps out at me is that you label yourself as submissive, but then talk about how you can dominate, too. That just screams "Desperate and Horny."
Your grammar is all over the place. That turns off a lot of women. Clean it up.
When you talk about the kinds of girls you like, you automatically exclude those who don't think they fit that type. There's way too many fish in the sea for them to go chasing after somebody who isn't going to be attracted to them anyway.
Older women don't really like being called "older women." Instead, use a code phrase like, "Age is less important than personality."
Finally, to address your post here: women "dominating" you on webcam doesn't empower them in any way, nor are you exploring your submissive side. You're getting off on kinky play, that's all it is. There's nothing wrong with that, but recognize it for what it is. Sure, submitting can involve being the bottom in kinky play, but it can also be a whole lot more than that.
