A nosy question. I've seen lots of co-topping and read about it a lot. But I haven't seen much about co-bottoming. My sub and I have begun occasionally adding another woman a few months ago. To me, it is the ultimate fantasy realized to have two women lying on the bed, and me strapping and flogging them alternately. They get to share the experience with each other, and share aftercare as well. Is co-bottoming as common as co-topping in your experiences?

Yes, I'd say it's rather common, particularly for those who are in dynamics with two submissives. Impact play, predicament bondage with two subjects, staples/needlework with ribbon laced between the two, wax with two bottoms, etc. The support beams that I have in the dungeon downstairs are great for co-bottoming because we can have two people facing each other, back to back, or one chained to each pole where the top can move in front and back of each of them.

The only co-bottoming I have ever been around personally was on a visit several years ago to a playmate who lived about 50 miles away near my birthday. A young lady that I had never met before answered the door with "Hello Sir, Happy Birthday, j and I have been waiting for you". It was a good weekend.

co-bottoming makes up almost all of my bisexual experience and most of my bisexual interest. I love having sistersubs, and I love playing with themm, or serving with them. It's my best times :). Most subs I know in LTRs are willing to at least occasionally co-bottom to give their Dtype some variety.

My personal experience, they are about the same or slightly scewed with more co-bottoming than co-topping but that could be because most of my friends are kinky bottoms and I'm a very friendly girl. [;)] Mostly though, it's a matter of being in a very long term-relationship with a Master who would rather have me bent over something than standing next to him topping and he is pretty stingy about my playing target for another Top unless it's for a demo or class or something. I think you will see more co-topping than co-bottoming in public simply because of the extra space needed for things that aren't standing room only and it's just kind of rude to take up two play stations for one scene. If you need, for example, two horses or spanking benches for your 'one' scene, then someone is left out in the cold waiting for you to finish hogging the equipement. In private, you don't have to worry about anyone becoming impatient or cramping your style so two, three, six ... how ever many your flogging elbow can handle.. more power to ya! [:D]

By my experience, as I have seen it, co-topping is much more common than co-bottoming. However, co-subbing is a more common than co-Domming. In public, even I get asked to co-top a bottom on display now and then. Frequently I see tops lending each other a hand with restraint, complex scenarios or just doubling up on a bottom. I rarely see a bottom jump in on a Top's scene or get asked to share in it. I see lots of Doms with multiple submissives and they scene with them collectively in public, but to me, that is Domming and subbing not topping. I know only a few Dom/Dom couples that share one sub. However, Dom/sub/sub and poly Dom/me households with many subs are very common. I have only seen one poly house with multiple Doms that worked. But that is just my exposure. As social as I have been in my many days, it's a limited view.

It has happened more than a few times in my life, but I don't know if that makes it common or not. I would say that if it does happen it is more likely to happen with women than men. Boys seem to want to compete, where girls seem to want to share in some way.

I like tying a couple together and then doing things to them so they are rather forced to share the experience. Bonus if they get hot and sweaty. Sometimes there is a second top. When there are two tops and two bottoms and it's all one scene this gets very fun. One quick way to set up this kind of play is to use pallet wrap and simply wrap them together, standing, back to back or face to face. Being spanked in rhythm and unison while kissing... On the pony and pet play side, co-bottoming is very common. I don't know how common it is. I would love for it to be more common in my world. But I'm a perverted, bisexual masochistic slut. It's common. It's just not called co-bottoming. It's just someone playing with more than one bottom at a time. Happens lots and lots and lots.

Last year at Bash a sub I know was suspended and being flogged front and back at the same time by a Dom couple. I was a tad envious. Looked awesome. But then again I'm a perverted bisexual masochistic slut. Damn I hate working weekends. Cuts into the social life in a big way. Luckily Master is understanding and patient bc He is even more of a social person than I am.
