On the collarme.com site, click on Edit Profile. Look at the buttons at the top. Does one of them say "Unhide Profile"? Heck, without the ability to view your profile, I don't even know that you're a woman!

This is not an active account on the other side either. Ever thought of writing support to find out why your profile keeps getting deleted? ETA: You cant unhide the profile on the other side because it doesnt exist there anymore.
