I'm aware of that. I just think it's very frightening that it took him being arrested fifteen times in five years to be put away for any length of time. He shouldn't have been let loose to commit more crimes, regardless of his immigration status. I will agree with you, though, that it's unacceptable that it took so long for the authorities to realize he was an illegal immigrant. Had he been deported after crime number one, which according to our legal system is what should have happened, crimes two through fifteen would never have occured, and two more people would be alive.
