Wow.  Here is my question:  Illegal immigrant or not, how does someone get arrested fourteen times in five years, with four of them being DUI's, and get out of jail long enough to kill two people in a drunken driving spree?

It's ridiculous.  It was a preventable crime, much more so than most, and if people had been doing their jobs it probably wouldn't have happened.

I really think Moloch's point was that he didn't belong here
in the first place & secondly why did it take so long for the authorities to realize that he was an illegal...

I'm aware of that.  I just think it's very frightening that it took him being arrested fifteen times in five years to be put away for any length of time.  He shouldn't have been let loose to commit more crimes, regardless of his immigration status.

I will agree with you, though, that it's unacceptable that it took so long for the authorities to realize he was an illegal immigrant.  Had he been deported after crime number one, which according to our legal system is what should have happened, crimes two through fifteen would never have occured, and two more people would be alive.
