I type it in correctly but each time I hit submit, it comes back as incorrect! What's going on?

you probably need to clear your cookies and cache.  (and it says more than incorrect) help a mufucker out here.............give us actual messages.

It is possible to get a glitch on a website.
But these things are sooo common these days that many websites just use a ready-made utility/script to do it for them - very rarely are they truly "home-grown" and written from scratch.

I'm fairly sure that clearing cookies and cache will not solve the problem as these functions tend not to use them anyway.

Chances are, unless you've got caught in a very rare glitch, you really are not typing what you think you are seeing on the screen.

Probable cause is mistaking 1's for I's or l's or any combination of them.
Mis-reading 0's and o's (or O's).
Or just a plain old typo.

Try copying the string and pasting it in.

Lafayette, it's one of those type capture thingies.

I'll try deleting cache and cookies it might help.

Nope. I am doing it correctly. I have tried 5 times. It just isn't working.

I just created a new account and it worked for me on 1st attempt.
So it is working.

This particular PC has been running for weeks without a reboot and I don't think I've ever cleared the cache or cookies since I built it nearly a year ago.
It must have literally thousands of cookies all over the place.

ETA: It isn't case sensitive either.
I was given a capture word all in UPPER case and I typed it in lower-case - and it worked.
