hi can anyone help me my profile is showing as no profile found when friends look for me but I can see my profile but other people cant can anyone help

You may have it hide or for some reason it has not been okayed by Collarme....it could be your profile pic as it goes against TOS {Please do not post explicit primary photos} . I would suggest changing your pic and seeing if you have your profile listed as hidden. Good luck.

hi and thank you for your reply iv tried everything iv tried with no pics and tried with different pics I can chat to people its just they cant see my profile iv sent mail to the support tean the last 4 days and got no reply

Did you make sure that you have not hidden your profile??

i had the very same problem and i didnt find any answer so i just made a new profile

I am having the same issue. I made another profile as well, and this one is doing the exact same thing. I also made just a completely blank profile with no pictures or "about me" to see if that would help. All of them are showing as "not found". I've been trying to contact support all week and haven't gotten any responses back yet. Was anyone who was having this issue able to resolve it, and if so, can you please tell me how you were able to do it?
