My partner and I have come back to Collarme after We met on Collarme almost 6 years ago and all the subs we have spoken to say they cannot find Our profile...it says "profile not found" We can see it but no-one else can, does anyone know what to do about this?
We have contacted Collarme support twice now but I guess they are too busy to help so thought maybe some-one here could give Us a hint as to what the hell to do about this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you for your time :)

Well, I would start with the realization that a support question about your profile on the other side doesn't belong in the General BDSM forum.

Sounds like you have your profile on hide.
