I don't understand why you would feed sugar to a dog. I mean, it's bad enough that we as humans put sugar in absolutely everything, but why would you do the same to your dog???

I just can't see anything good coming from it.

I trust my vet when they say the doggie treat recipes are safe Little Wonder.

they may be safe, but so what?

Technically, treats are safe for humans too. Should we eat them???

Perhaps you should be looking at the term "pudding" from a historical perspective.
Have you ever heard of "suet pudding", a staple of renaissance cooking. The bloody thing is made of grain, suet, and bone marrow steamed into a loaf then cut into slices.

There is no sugar in the recipe she is using. She's already said she will be subbing out plain yogurt for the pudding.
Unsweetened plain yogurt and pumpkin. Both are quite good for dogs and recommended for digestive health.
