I saw this and laughed. I completely understand it, since it is the most ridiculous style I've seen. My son has, gratefully, outgrown it, and his pants are back where they belong and the only time I see his boxers is if I do his laundry (which lately he has been doing mine, lol). Making it a law is not exactly legitimate either, although I don't think it is appropriate for the ACLU to jump in filing against it if no one in the area has an issue with it. Here's the reality...many schools already prohibit the style in school. Employers can certainly prohibit it in the work place. If those two places make it a rule and enforce it, the kids are going to get tired of running home and changing for their few hours off. It will be easier to just wear the same clothes.
