I just find that so racist and ridiculous. If they're doing this, they need to ban fat people wearing small clothes, low cut blouses on all women, spandex, etc. If the justification is they don't want to see their butts then it's only right that we not have to see all these other folks' various body parts, esp. encased in too-small clothing. With all the problems in the world (and in backward Terrebonne Parish), this is what lawmakers spend their time on? Foolish and stupid.......luci

I saw this and laughed. I completely understand it, since it is the most ridiculous style I've seen. My son has, gratefully, outgrown it, and his pants are back where they belong and the only time I see his boxers is if I do his laundry (which lately he has been doing mine, lol).

Making it a law is not exactly legitimate either, although I don't think it is appropriate for the ACLU to jump in filing against it if no one in the area has an issue with it.

Here's the reality...many schools already prohibit the style in school. Employers can certainly prohibit it in the work place. If those two places make it a rule and enforce it, the kids are going to get tired of running home and changing for their few hours off. It will be easier to just wear the same clothes.

Yeah. Racial profiling. Having your pants down is something people of whatever color simply can't avoid. It's always been that way.
