Typical male risks, danger is immediate and short term. You ride the wave and in 20 minutes you know if you succeed or fail. Female risk taking is much longer term. Women are more likely to risk having a child and raising it over the next 20 years, a significantly longer period of time to risk and wait to discover how well you did.

They're both risky behaviors but quite different.

I am not sure what that really has to do with the video? Women can only take risks that involve children? They cannot risk life and limb like men?
